While having a blast, your child will learn the fundamentals of swimming, biking, running, transition, fueling their body & how to train & compete safely. We focus on the importance of having a positive attitude & making healthy choices in all facets of life and sport. We will swim, bike, run and have tons of fun every day.
Wear your swim suit and bring goggles, swim suit, bike, helmet, & running shoes.
